We are open for collections from 9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday (closed Saturday & Sunday)

We require 24 hours notice prior to collection as some vehicles are stored off site.

Payments:

We can accept payment by bank transfer or by debit card when presented in person. We do not accept cash, or debit cards over the telephone

Please use the vehicle registration number and the word TRADE in all transactions for the reference number please.

Storage:

Please arrange collection within the 3 working day window. If this is not possible we can accommodate, but past 5 working days we will be forced to charge daily storage charges of £20 per day or re-list the vehicle for sale.

Invoices:

We will supply you with an invoice for the vehicle and email a copy over along with our bank details for payment as above. Please note that the vehicle may be invoiced from the supplying dealership within our group but the collection address will remain as the above. Please do not attempt to collect the car from the dealership, it simply won’t be there!
