We may contact you in the future as advised by our manufacturers and our other nominated partner suppliers to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle. This also ensures that any policies are maintained, and where consent is provided, includes the replacement of your vehicle and car care related products.

Terms & conditions

The ‘Recommend A Friend’ scheme applies to all new to Sturgess of Leicester customers that have been recommended to us by an existing customer. To be eligible for this scheme the customer must not already exist on the Sturgess Motor Group database prior to recommendation. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other. A referral form must be completed online or a voucher downloaded and completed by the existing customer and submitted to Sturgess Motor Group prior to negotiations for the sale commencing. Each referral is eligible for one £100 Voucher, subsequent purchases by the referred customer do not qualify for further vouchers. Vouchers will be posted out within 28 days of the new customer taking delivery of their new car.

FAQs

When will I get my voucher?
Your voucher will be posted to you within 28 days of your recommendee taking delivery of their vehicle.

Who can recommend a friend?
Anyone can recommend a family member, friend or colleague. In order for you to qualify for your voucher your recommendation must be a new customer to Sturgess Motor Group.

Can I recommend more than one person?
As many as you like, providing they are new to the Sturgess Motor Group and they don’t already exist on our database.

Can I recommend myself?
No. You must be recommended by another family member, friend or work colleague but they will be eligible for a voucher if you subsequently choose to purchase a vehicle.

What happens if someone I recommend has also been recommended by another person?
If the person you recommend has already been recommended by another person, they will already exist on our database and therefore you will not be recommending a new customer to Sturgess Motor Group. The person who recommended them originally will be eligible for a voucher.

Will I get my reward if I recommend a friend in conjunction with another offer?
No. Recommend a Friend is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Are my details and those of my friends used for anything else?·
We will not use your details without your permission and will always give you the option to opt-out of any communication we send to you. We will never sell your details to a third party.

I’ve not received my voucher, who can I speak to?·
In the unlikely event you do not receive your reward please call Nichola Moore, Group Marketing Manager on 0116 236 3674 or email nmoore@sturgessgroup.com and they will organise your voucher straight away.
