Hyundai have launched a new limited model, the Hyundai Santa FE Endurance in celebration of the recent accomplishments of Patrick Bergel, Great Grandson of the late Sir Ernest.
Patrick Bergel completed a 30-day expedition across the Antarctic using the Hyundai Santa FE Endurance in honor of his Great Grandfather who had attempted the expedition 100 years ago but was unable to complete; and for that reason Hyundai have launched a limited edition of 500 models.
The new limited model will be based on the 2.2Litre diesel automatic Santa FE, but will include some exclusive additions such as 19inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235/55 R19 tyres, side bar sports running steps and a special Endurance logo etched on the B-pillar and floor mats.
“This new Endurance edition offers customers an incredibly well-equipped Santa FE, one that will be able to tackle everything family life throws at them and more. As Sir Ernest Shackletons Great Grandson Patric Bergel proved just a few months ago with just a few choice modifications, you could even traverse Antartica” – Tony Whiteham, President and CEO of Hyundai UK
With five striking colours to choose from the Hyundai Santa FE will be available to order from May 2017 starting from £38,995.
