New Suzuki S-Cross Introducing the New Suzuki S-Cross
NEW SUZUKI S-CROSS IN LEICESTER Now available at Sturgess Suzuki, Leicester is the new S-Cross which masters both the city streets and toughest terrain in sleek, modern style and an array of features. Wherever your imagination takes you, make the journey count with the S-Cross.
Designed for Practicality The Suzuki S-Cross SUV is also a thoroughly practical car. It boasts one of the largest luggage areas in its class – the 430-litre boot comes with a false floor which can be used to provide extra storage and create a flat loading bay. The wheelbase is 100mm longer than in the previous SX4, which provides more legroom for rear passengers, and the high driving position and tall windscreen provide good visibility in the cabin which, is simply laid out.
Performance Where It Matters The S-Cross comes with a choice of 1.6-litre petrol or diesel engines, both of which produce 118bhp; there's the option of a CVT automatic gearbox with the petrol engine, too. Fuel economy is excellent. The 1.6-litre DDiS returns combined fuel consumption of 67.2mpg, partly thanks to its cutting-edge start/stop technology, which turns the engine off when the car's idle. To experience this innovation for yourself arrange a test drive of the Suzuki S-Cross in Leicester at Sturgess Suzuki.
Left Right
High Level Specification It's a well-equipped car - all models have seven airbags, ESP (which detects and remedies loss of traction to prevent skidding), alloy wheels, electric windows, cruise control and air conditioning as standard, while higher-spec models come with heated leather seats, a sat nav and reversing sensors, as well as the world's first double-sliding, panoramic glass sunroof, which is 56cm long when it's open. Four-wheel drive is optional, and four-wheel drive versions have four driving modes for different conditions: 'auto' makes the car switch back to front-wheel drive to save fuel, 'sport' improves throttle response and sends torque to the rear wheels if needed, while 'snow' and 'lock' are for serious off-roading.
