Suzuki Unveils the New Swift

Suzuki unveiled the All New Suzuki Swift at the 87th Geneva International Motor Show. The new model is lower, shorter, and wider; having an overall sportier look. Prices for the new model will be announced in May and UK sales will start from June 2017.

Following on from the bold evolution of the Swift’s DNA, the new model inherits some of the same characteristics but also evolves into its own; with the new model being named ‘HEARTECT’.

30kg lighter and 10mm shorter than previous models, the new Suzuki Swift offers spacious interior providing a comfortable journey for all occupants. There is a 25% increase in luggage capacity; and the hidden door handles and floating roofline really promotes a sportier feel.

The New Five Door only Swift comes with an all petrol engine option; the 1.2Litre 90PS Dual-Jet engine or the 1.0Litre Booster-Jet engine. This new model is the first to use the Advanced Forward Detection System which is a combination of a monocular camera and laser sensor for advanced safety functions such as Autonomous Emergency Breaking, Lane Departure Warning and High Beam Assist.

Fully decked out with six airbags, air conditioning, leather steering wheel, 4.2inch LCD display for driving information and 7inch touchscreen infotainment system; the new Suzuki Swift is set to be the best yet.
