Have your car expertly serviced at Sturgess Motor Group in Leicester

Sturgess Motor Group is a member of The Motor Ombudsman, the national automotive dispute resolution body. Our voluntary membership is a signal of our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and care. From new car sales to servicing, we uphold approved trading standards and codes of practice. Our own high standards and the manufacturer’s strict benchmarks for quality are boosted even further by the transparent, honest guidelines that we follow.

Should it be required, The Motor Ombudsman can provide a CTSI certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service if a customer remains dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute covered by one of their Codes of Practice. You can find more details at their website - https://www.themotorombudsman.org

The industry body is a subsidiary of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), and has been set up to self-regulate member dealers. It sets out codes of practice that we’re duty-bound to follow, to maintain the levels of trust and respect we’ve earned over decades of customer care. We’ve shown our clear commitment to service by making the voluntary application for membership.

The main Motor Codes guidelines which we follow at all Sturgess branches are the Service and Repair Code and the New Car Code as applicable.

Owners benefit from the standards of care laid out in the Service and Repair Code whenever they visit our servicing centres with fully-qualified technicians. The transparent and fair pricing we give up front will match your final invoice, and we’ll perform all the work we pledge to do using genuine replacement parts.

Several million official aftersales products and other services are covered by the Vehicle Warranty Products Code, including roadside assistance and MOT testing insurance. You can find out more about our comprehensive aftersales care by contacting us.

If you’re considering joining the thousands of UK drivers who are new vehicle owners, your purchase will be governed by the New Car Code. Ninety-nine percent of all new car registrations fall under the code – the first in any industry to be approved in full by the Office of Trading Standards. It sets out how we advertise and promote new Suzuki models and the availability of parts and spares.

As well as adhering to all Motor Ombudsman guidelines, we’re proud to say that Sturgess is a nationwide, award-winning and successful dealership network. No matter which of our departments you visit at any stage of your vehicle ownership, you’re guaranteed the finest care and expert advice.

You can tell the expertise and reliable service of the Sturgess teams instantly from the Motor Ombudsman logos that we display. Please get in touch with us – online, in person or over the phone – for more information on how we operate and support each of our customers.
