That’s something we do that we are intrinsically proud of at Sturgess Motor Group and we are delighted to share the news that we have again won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for our customer service in 2025!

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is a stamp of approval when it comes to delivering excellent customer service and is awarded to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5 between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024..

The award also shows that we’re continuing to put customer service at the heart of what we do and is a recognition of our continued dedication to our customers. At a time when consumers are cautious with their spending to remain resilient to economic uncertainty, that’s a significant win.
