We have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team at our Multi-Franchise site on Aylestone Road.
You will have the chance to work behind the scenes, supporting the service team as well as helping customers and taking queries on the phone.
We need someone with good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
You will be an ambitious, self-motivated individual, who can think on your feet and adapt to new challenges, with a smart appearance and attention to detail.
You will mainly be responsible for taking Trade parts sales face to face, via the internet and over the phone.
Previous experience in the Motor trade in Parts Department is preferred. Training will be given, but knowledge of the brand will be beneficial to help understanding of the role.
Good communication skills and excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as good IT knowledge and experience of using our in-house system, Kerridge, is preferred.
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays, 08:00 - 12:30, on rota (1 in 2).
Up to £19,000 depending on experience.
