We follow the regulations and guidelines set out by Motor Codes at every Sturgess Volvo dealership department. No matter what you need or which member of the team you contact, you're assured comprehensive support, care and quality of service. Created as a self-regulatory body for the motoring industry, Motor Codes is the UK's guiding organisation on best practice. It's a Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) subsidiary, designed to ensure that you receive reliable, honest service from any member dealer you visit. We've voluntarily enrolled to demonstrate our commitment to supporting every customer who contacts us, and we're always working hard to make sure we meet the terms of each code.

There are main specific codes of practice that our Sturgess Volvo team works hard to uphold: the New Car Code and the Service and Repair Code. When it's in effect, the Vehicle Warranty Products Code covers more than three million aftersales items and services. These include MOT testing insurance, Volvo model warranties and how we provide them, and any roadside assistance we offer. To learn more, please speak with the Sturgess team. The vast majority of new cars – 99 percent – are sold and registered in the UK under the New Car Code. In a first for any industry, the code has been fully approved by the Office of Fair Trading for your added peace of mind. As well as covering the sale of and warranties on new Volvo cars, the code sets out how we advertise and promote them and provide genuine replacement parts. Owners benefit from the standards advised by the Service and Repair Code, as well as the free professional advice that we're always happy to offer you.

The costs that we quote you for servicing and repairs will be transparent – and those same competitive prices will appear on your final invoice. All of the work carried out at our Volvo-approved service centre will be done as quoted and by fully-qualified technicians. Dealerships within the Sturgess Group network have received awards from Motor Codes for their high levels of service. When you come to Sturgess Volvo Leicester, you'll enjoy all-encompassing care and our warm, genuinely friendly approach.
