Suzuki recently received some great news at the NFDA (National Franchised Dealers Association) Autumn Ball where they were presented with the Manufacturer of the Year Award. With its very strong working relationships of a 154-strong franchised dealer network as well as the fact it has scored consistently high in the NFDA survey, it was an obvious choice for Suzuki to be given the award.
Sales and Marketing Director, Dale Wyatt commented that everyone at Suzuki was “really pleased to receive the Manufacturer of the Year Award.” He further went on to explain that Suzuki’s high scorings in the NFDA surveys have been “very encouraging” and “demonstrates the successful and profitable relationships we are building with our dealers.” He believes this success has been made through not only listening to what they have to say but also “taking their experiences and business priorities into account.”
Talking about the future of Suzuki, Dale claimed that “achieving strong and mutually rewarding business partnerships and providing the right environment to deliver customer satisfaction” was “crucial” for securing future success for the brand.
The growing success of Suzuki’s dealer development programme and their good relationship with dealers across the UK was reflected earlier this year in the results of the NFDA survey in which they moved up from fifth to third position overall by its dealer network.
Guests at the ball also raised £3,270 for BEN the Automotive charity.
