As the carer of someone with disabilities you are, of course, welcome to help with all the decisions and processes involved in getting a car through the Motability Scheme. However, we can only discuss the Motability agreement of the customer (i.e. the person you care for) with you if they add you as a nominee. This can happen at any point in the process and is easy to do – the customer simply needs to complete a nominee form.
