We have a great opportunity to add a Sales Administrator to our team down at Aylestone Road!
You will have previous automotive administration experience and be able to demonstrate an understanding of DMS systems, knowledge of Kerridge/ADP is essential
You must be able to show a systematic approach to this multi-functional role, with strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
We need someone with excellent interpersonal skills, to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment with the ability to meet demands and deadlines that the job entails.
We are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and you will be at the centre of all that happens within the sales department!
At our Aylestone Road branch, you will have the opportunity to work with 5 different brands, as well as Brand Approved Used Stock.
Taxing, Invoicing and stocking in vehicles for Sales
Managing your own CRM system
Checking vehicle funding on franchise systems
HPI checks on part exchange/used cars when needed
Deal files to be ready at point of Handover for Sales
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm
From £19,000 depending on experience.
