We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Business Manager for our Aylestone Road to help support our Sales Manager & Sales teams!
The successful candidates will be highly motivated and pro-active, with the ability to stay disciplined and meet clearly defined targets and objectives.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and convert business with our customers best interests at heart.
We will need you to work effectively to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained.
At our Aylestone Road branch, you will get the chance to work with 5 different brands, as well as Brand Approved Used Stock.
Supporting Sales Manager and Sales Teams to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers.
Data analysis, making recommendations based on information and your prior marketplace experience.
Able to effectively listen to customers to establish needs, reviewing all customer contacts and monitoring the outcomes.
Maintain status as an FCA approved advisor.
Provide customers with accurate and relevant finance options, answering questions effectively; publish finance examples for new and used vehicles.
Review customer credit applications to ensure they include complete and accurate information; follow up upon customer applications and liaise with lending institutions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and calmly.
Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 18.00pm. Saturday, 8.30am - 17.00pm. Sunday, 11.00am - 16.00pm
1 day off in the week, weekends on rota (usually 1 in 3 off)
From £17,000 basic (negotiable with experience) with OTE of up to £60,000
Also comes with benefits such as a Company car & Fuel card for commuting, Commission plus target related Bonus through the year.
